In-Person Program Registration

Select an open cohort and enter your registration details. You will then continue securely to review your information, choose Pay in Full or Payment Plan, and complete the required $100 Administrative/Registration Fee or approved funding step.

Administrative/Registration Fee: The $100 Administrative/Registration Fee reserves your seat, is credited dollar-for-dollar toward total tuition, and does not increase the advertised total program cost. One-Stop/Workforce waivers can be granted only by authorized Health Up staff.

Costs not included: Required uniforms, textbooks, and certification examination fees (including NHA fees). No separate supply charge will be added unless listed in an approved program document.
