Starting your journey to become a Patient Care Technician (PCT) is exciting—and yes, a little nerve-wracking too! Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Here’s what you can expect on Day One:

Warm Welcome & Orientation

You’ll be greeted by our friendly staff and instructors. We’ll walk you through the class schedule, program expectations, policies, and introduce you to your classmates—your new support system!

📚 Course Materials & Uniform Info

You’ll receive your syllabus, textbooks, and lab schedule. If uniforms are required, we’ll go over dress code and provide info on where to get your scrubs (if you haven’t already).

💬 Meet Your Instructors

Our experienced instructors will introduce themselves and give you a preview of what you’ll be learning—vital signs, basic patient care, phlebotomy, EKGs, and more!

🛠️ Hands-On Preview

You may even get a sneak peek of the hands-on lab you’ll be diving into later in the program. It’s all about learning by doing!
