Online Program Registration
Submit your application for staff review. If approved, you will choose your tuition payment option inside your secure Continue Enrollment portal.
Administrative/Registration Fee: The $100 Administrative/Registration Fee reserves your seat, is credited dollar-for-dollar toward total tuition, and does not increase the advertised total program cost. One-Stop/Workforce waivers can be granted only by authorized Health Up staff.
No approved cohorts are open yet. Registration and payment are unavailable until Health Up staff enters a start date and seat limit.
