3.1 Payment: Fees for training, services, and courses must be paid in full before participation unless otherwise specified. Payments can be made via the available payment methods on the Health Up website or in person.
3.2 Refund Policy: Refunds may be requested within a specified period as outlined at the time of registration. Once a course or service has commenced, no refunds will be provided unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Late Payments: Health Up reserves the right to charge a late fee for payments not received by the due date. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your enrollment in the training programs or services.
3.4 Price Changes: Health Up reserves the right to adjust prices for training, services, or courses at any time. However, changes in pricing will not affect your current enrollment.
4.1 Attendance: Regular attendance is vital for the successful completion of Health Up’s programs. You are expected to attend all sessions in full, as outlined in the course or service schedule.
4.2 Punctuality: Participants must arrive on time for each scheduled session. Late arrivals may miss important portions of the training, and Health Up reserves the right to deny entry to late arrivals or mark them as absent.
4.3 Missed Classes: If you are unable to attend a session, you should notify Health Up in advance. Depending on the course or service, Health Up may offer makeup classes or alternative resources. However, Health Up is not obligated to offer makeup opportunities for missed sessions.
4.4 Consequences of Absences: Excessive absences may result in the participant being removed from the program or not being eligible to receive a certificate of completion or other awards.
5.1 Respect and Professionalism: All participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect, professionalism, and courtesy towards other participants, trainers, and staff members. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
5.2 Behavioral Expectations: Participants should maintain a positive attitude and be engaged during all sessions. Any actions that disturb the learning or training environment, including inappropriate language, bullying, or non-compliance with guidelines, may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from the program.
5.3 Substance Use: Health Up maintains a strict no-tolerance policy for the use of illegal substances, alcohol, or any other intoxicating substances during training or program activities.
6.1 Performance and Progress: Participants are expected to complete coursework, assignments, and practical activities to the best of their ability. Failure to meet the program’s academic standards may result in probation, additional assessments, or removal from the course.
6.2 Plagiarism and Academic Integrity: Health Up requires that all participants adhere to principles of academic integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of dishonesty in assignments or assessments will result in disciplinary action, which may include expulsion from the program.
6.3 Completion Requirements: To successfully complete a program or course, participants must meet all the specified requirements, including attendance, participation, and the satisfactory completion of assignments and exams. Participants may receive a certificate of completion upon fulfilling these criteria.
7.1 Health Status: Participants must be in good health to participate in training sessions and activities. If you have any health conditions, medical concerns, or injuries, it is advised that you consult with a healthcare provider before engaging in any physical activity.
7.2 Injury Reporting: Any injuries, discomfort, or accidents during training must be immediately reported to Health Up staff or trainers. First aid support will be provided if necessary.
7.3 COVID-19 and Other Health Guidelines: Health Up follows all local and national health guidelines, including COVID-19 protocols, to ensure a safe training environment. Participants are required to comply with safety measures, such as mask-wearing, social distancing, and health screenings, if applicable.
8.1 Career Guidance: Health Up offers career support services to assist participants with job readiness, including resume reviews, interview preparation, and networking opportunities.
8.2 Job Placement: While Health Up strives to connect participants with employment opportunities, no guarantee of job placement is made, and success will depend on individual qualifications, performance, and the job market.
8.3 Work Readiness Expectations: Participants receiving work readiness support are expected to actively engage in workshops and activities. Non-participation or failure to follow guidelines may impact the support provided.
9.1 Purchase of Materials: Health Up’s Book Store provides access to required and optional course materials, including textbooks, learning resources, and branded merchandise.
9.2 Return and Refund Policy: Purchases made through the Health up’s Book Store are subject to the store’s return and refund policy. Items should be returned in original condition within a specified period for a refund or exchange.
9.3 Pricing and Availability: Health Up makes no guarantee regarding the availability or pricing of items in the health up’s Book Store, as stock may vary.
10.1 Official Communication: Health Up will communicate with participants through email, phone, and any other official channels. Participants are responsible for regularly checking their provided contact details for updates, announcements, and important information.
10.2 Feedback and Inquiries: Participants are encouraged to provide feedback regarding programs or services. All inquiries or concerns should be directed to Health Up’s support team or designated representatives.
10.3 Emergency Communication: In case of emergencies, Health Up will contact participants through the provided emergency contact details. It is important that participants keep their contact information up to date.
10.4 Classes and general communications will be primarily in English. Students who cannot understand or communicate in English will not be able to communicate or proceed with courses effectively and may require administrator intervention
11.1 Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during training sessions. Health Up is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought to the program.
11.2 Storage: Health Up provides designated areas for storing personal items during training sessions, but participants are advised not to leave valuables unattended.
12.1 Personal Information: Health Up is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants. Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the program and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Personal information collected during enrollment will be used only for school-related purposes. Our applications are HIPPAA compliant.
12.2 Data Collection: Health Up may collect data regarding your participation, performance, and feedback in order to improve the services provided. This information will be kept confidential and used in compliance with privacy laws.
12.3 Consent: By enrolling in our programs, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12.4 The school may use photographs or videos of students for promotional materials unless explicitly informed otherwise by students, parents, or guardians.

13.3 Effective Date: Amendments to these Terms and Conditions will take effect as of the date indicated in the notification or publication, and continued use of Health Up’s services after such a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 By Health Up: Health Up reserves the right to terminate a participant’s enrollment at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment of fees, violation of the Code of Conduct, failure to meet program requirements, disruptive behavior, or non-compliance with Health Up’s policies.
14.2 By Participant: Participants may choose to terminate their enrollment in a program or service at any time, subject to any applicable cancellation policies or refund terms specified at the time of registration.
14.3 Refunds upon Termination: If a participant’s enrollment is terminated by Health Up due to non-compliance or other violations, no refund will be issued. If a participant voluntarily terminates their enrollment, refunds will be processed in accordance with the specific refund policy for the course or program.
14.4 Reinstatement: In some cases, participants who have been removed or terminated from a program may appeal the decision for reinstatement. The decision to allow reinstatement is at Health Up’s discretion.

15.2 Third-Party Terms: When utilizing any services provided by a third-party partner, participants are subject to the terms and conditions of that third-party provider. Health Up is not responsible for any issues, disputes, or claims arising from the use of third-party services.
15.3 Access to Partner Services: Health Up will provide participants with information and instructions on how to access any services provided through partnerships. While Health Up may facilitate these partnerships, it does not guarantee the availability, quality, or results of any third-party services.
15.4 Liability: Health Up is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from the use of third-party services, including but not limited to service disruptions, failure to meet expectations, or any other related concerns.
