Program Terms & Conditions

Choose the terms that apply to the program you are enrolling in. In-person and online programs have different requirements and payment arrangements.

Controlling documents: The student’s signed Enrollment Agreement and the school’s approved catalog remain the controlling documents. For an online program, any applicable Penn Foster program terms also apply. If a website summary differs from a controlling document, the controlling document governs.
